This sport holds a special place in my heart, as a former Track & Field guy, it's always good to see whats new in the track seasonal line. This one is from a good friend from High School by the name o Rob Innis, who works over at The USA Track & Field. He sends me little bits and gems and its always good to see what new stuff they have to offer. This time is the Fall 2011 Running Lookbook. Jam Of The Week: J. Cole- "Nobody's Perfect" Ft Missy Elliott

I've been a die hard J. Cole fan since I first heard Lights Please, Grown Simba, and heard the young brother live in concert @ Penn State. I was a little worried about his highly anticipated debut LP when Work Out dropped (still not feeling it) but all my worries and questions were settled resoundingly when Mr. Nice Watch (featuring his Boss Jay) dropped and this JOW banger right here with Missy (sooo happy she came out of the shadows I missed her) is straight flames. This album indeed will be a classic, can't wait for 9-27-11 #ColeWorld #Rocnation

If there was one pair of Js I love to see retroed it's Jordan Xs. And according to all the latest that's what's going to be happening come January 2012. The Chicago Xs will be dropped for the first time since their OG 1995 release. I have to say I'm pretty excited about this. Xs on the low have to be my favorite j's to just wear. They are simple classy and they let the colorways do the talking. So I will be purchasing my pair as soon as they come out along with ever other sneaker/Jordan connoisseur out there. 101 in 1001 days

Those of you that have been following us for a while may have seen or heard about a little task I gave myself a little over a year ago. I made a list of 101 things that I wanted to accomplish in 1001. And I hhave to say that after a year I feel like I haven't accomplished much. I have done a ew things and burnt out on others but that is partially due to me forgetting my list. When you get caught up in all the troubles and intricacies of life you forget what you set out to do and sometimes you forget to live. Im trying to get back to living!!! So I am Re-amped about my list and I will accomplish EVERYTHING on that list! Watch me work y'all! That's it for now.. ENJOI!

DOERNBECHER!!!!

I know you've all missed me so much :) but I've been steady getting my life together. It's now time for me to get back at you guys with more and more lovely post STARTING TODAY!! I was browsing sneaker sites for what new heat will be hitting the streets and what else would catch my eye but the newest Jordan Doernbecher release. This time around they went with Jordan IVs. They've done some quite nifty designs with IIIs and VIs And now they take a second crack at the Jordan VIs. These funky retros will definitely be head turner black with arrow designs up and down the shoe give it an unorthodox vibe which is common place with a Doernbecher rendition of any shoe. A superman logo, tough blue net stitching, green laces and mid sole make the shoe pop. Along with the VIs these would have to be up there as one of my favorite Doernbecher design. No set release date but I'm sure they will be on the way soon! Once we know You will too.. Just take a gander at the pics after the jump! ENJOI!!

*long heavy sigh* ....I dropped the ball. There is no other way to put it. Albeit small we have a very loyal and classy following and I haven't done my part as a blogger, in recent history, to provide you with content. For that I truly apologize. I could make excuses about the blog being down but it was really on me to have it up and back sooner than it was. I spent my time doing the unimportant and I let the summer go by with providing you guys with new content. I do have to thank The 'U' for picking up the slack where I fell off.
