Profanity: Madden 13 cover

The infamous Madden Curse. Many believe it to be true while others chalk it up to coincidence. Every year madden has a new NFL superstar grace the cover of Madden and it seems that every year some freak occurrence befalls that athlete or his team. This year the voting for the superstar who will be placed on the cover is well under way. This tournament Style voting has dwindled to four players: Cam Newton of The Carolina Panthers, Patrick Willis of the San Francisco 49ers, Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers and Calvin Johnson of the Detroit Lions. All had phenomenal season and were pivotal for their teams success. Gracing the Madden cover is for the most part seen as an honor (and it is) but many can't help to ponder whether or not that "Madden Curse" is real. They are all deserving of the honor but the question is who is willing to have their teams best player on the cover and (coincidently) have something bad happen. My question to you guys is who should be on the cover? I ask from both the good and the bad side. Who would you hope makes the cover because they deserve it?
